How to return goods

Fill in the returns form to request a free courier pick-up of the items to be returned. The courier will pick up the items to be returned from the address you provide, with the return label attached to the package. Remember to put a copy of the order invoice in the package. Returns are free of charge, so you do not have to pay the courier.

Refunds will be made within 7 working days from acceptance of the package by our warehouse.

IMPORTANT! Ask for a receipt that confirms the package has been returned. Remember that you must keep all documentation given to you by the courier. This document confirms that the package has been picked up.
